Email amer@soulatics.com and we answer within a day or two. If it is about a specific request, include the SPJ- code shown on it — that finds it instantly.

The code never arrives

Check the number, including the country code. If you have asked several times in a row, wait a few minutes — repeated attempts from one device are rate-limited, and trying again immediately makes the wait longer rather than shorter.

No dealers have replied

Requests reach every verified dealer in your city. If nothing has come back, usually the part is uncommon or nobody in that city has it yet. Requests stay open — a dealer who finds one next week can still quote.

A dealer changed their price

Dealers can update a quote until you accept it, and you are notified when they do. Once you accept, the price is locked and cannot be changed by either side.

I accepted, and now I cannot reach them

Accepting unlocks the dealer’s number for WhatsApp or a call. If they are not responding, open the deal and mark it Reopen — the other dealers’ prices come back and you can choose again. Then rate them honestly; it is what warns the next buyer.

Someone is being abusive

Swipe a request or a dealer to hide them, and they will not appear again. To report something that needs us to act, email the SPJ- code and what happened. We remove accounts for abuse.

Profile → Delete account, or email us from your registered number. See Privacy for what is removed.
